We at JSK Automotive always aim for all orders placed before 12 pm Monday-Friday to be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders that are placed during the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding UK Bank Holidays)

Free UK Delivery (exclusions apply)
Free delivery will be applied to all UK orders up to 30kg. Items 2kg or less will be sent via Royal Mail 48. This service normally 2-3 working days; however, please keep in mind that with the current situation of Covid-19, orders can take up to 7 days. The option to upgrade to next day delivery is available at checkout. Orders above 2kg will automatically qualify for Free next day delivery excluding the following parts of the UK: Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland. These areas will require a surcharge (applied by the courier) and take 2-3 working days for delivery.

Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland

Worldwide Delivery:
For international delivery, please contact us before placing your order for a bespoke quote, as we can arrange some pricing / discounts for you. We are always happy to help at JSK Automotive.

At JSK Automotive, our customer care team are here to ensure all our customers have a smooth experience, we offer 30 day returns for a full refund. Items should be in an unused condition. If the returned items are not in a resalable "as new" condition a refund may not be possible. Any additional postage upgrades or surcharges will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Please contact our customer care team to arrange the return and send the item(s) back within 30 days of purchase. Additional postage charges may apply depending on the situation of the return.

Customers are responsible for the return postage. We strongly recommend that you return items using a tracked service and obtain proof of postage. JSK Automotive will not accept liability for parcels lost in transit. Once the items are returned, please allow 1-2 working days for us to process your refund.

If you wish to exchange a product, the procedure will be the same. Just return the items and then a refund will be issued allowing you to purchase the correct product.
